## Description

**Update on 01/11/2024:** Questions were asked by contractors and answers have been provided. The Q&A excel file is attached to this solicitation. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached RFQ for proposal instructions and evaluation criteria. This requirement is to acquire rapid ground logistics support for the Domestic Emergency Support Team during real-world activations* as well as during planned training and exercise events.

The government has a need to transport 55 passengers and 660 cubic feet of hand-carried cargo in the fewest number of vehicles feasible during a real-world activation as well as during planned training and exercise events. The planning factor for hand-carried cargo items are ruggedized travel cases measuring approximately 28”x 16” x 14” and weighing approximately 50lbs each. Locations for support are listed in section 2.1 of the Statement of Work (SOW).

Eight passenger type vehicles with space for cargo is desired however any vehicle types that are available to provide transportation per the requirements described above will suffice. *The need for the vehicles during a real-world activiation is urgent, and the contractor must take all measures necessary within their control to readily support the requirement.

The Government understands that having a fleet of vehicles on stand-by 24x7 to meet the requirements in the SOW is not a realistic expectation, however contractor support to the fullest, within their control during an unexpected activation, is anticipated.
