The incumbent, Nomad Global Communications Solutions, is the only contractor that is able to provide this custom manufactured platform and chassis within the 1-year time frame in which they are needed to remain mission capable in FEMA’s mission to support national disasters. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
