The services must be flexible and scalable to accommodate evolving data needs and should be able to meet FEMA's high standards for data accuracy and timeliness. Specific requirements include:

**Address Correction:** Correcting addresses to the parcel level, including geocoding, which is the process of converting a text-based description of a location into geographic coordinates..

**Flood Mapping:** The process of creating maps that show the likelihood of flooding in an area and assessing flood risks based on corrected addresses Parcel Data: Providing non-spatial attribute data linked to corrected parcel numbers, for example ownership, acreage, boundaries, and usage.

**Reverse Address Lookup:** Identifying addresses from geospatial data Prospective offerors are encouraged to thoroughly review the RFI questions and the Draft Performance Work Statement for detailed information.
