## Description

The Federal Emergency Management Agency intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13) with Hexagon ALI, a division of Intergraph Corporation, 305 Intergraph Way, Madison, AL 35758 as the only responsible source that can provide licensing and support for Hexagon 7i Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Application at the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP), Anniston, AL. Specifically, the contractor shall provide a one-year software suite license for Hexagon 7i EAM to CDP.

The software license includes 1 site license, 15 named users, and 30 name users (requestors). Hexagon ALI is the sole vendor capable of meeting CDP’s unique training requirements.
