The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is issuing this competitive RFQ to solicit contractors for the purpose of entering into a Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the delivery & installation of Cisco and Poly brand Virtual Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment packages.
