Amendment 0004-- The purpose of Amendment 0004 to Solicitation Number 70CDCR25R00000005 is as follows:

Revise Section B.3, Minimum and Maximum Quantities. The maximum is changed to:

The total combined/shared ceiling for all IDIQ awards is $10,035,000,000.00 ($10.035B). Due to this update, offerors are given an opportunity to revise and submit Attachment 15, Pricing Schedule (only) if desired. No other proposal documents should be revised. If not revised, offerors are required to affirm their current pricing. Responses are due by 9:00am ET Tuesday, May 6, 2025 via email to OAQDCR@ice.dhs.gov. Late submissions will not be accepted. Non-response will result in the same/original pricing submission. -- Amendment 0003-- The purpose of Amendment 0003 to Solicitation Number 70CDCR25R00000005 is as follows:
