## Description

This solicitation is for the provision, operation and management of the transportation and protection of detainees for the United States (US) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removals Operations (ERO), San Antonio (SNA) Area of Responsibility (AOR), Harlingen (HLG) AOR, and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) field offices in accordance with the terms outlined in sections A-M of this request for proposal (RFP), including all Attachments (see section J).
