The services offered must meet or exceed the specifications/description in the attached statement of work (SOW) and enough detailed specifications must be submitted with the quote for a technical review to be completed without holding discussions. All interested businesses who wish to compete for this effort shall submit a technical approach for all the requirements stated in the attached SOW and a firm-fixed-price quote for all 5 years (Base year, plus all four (4) 12-month option years) by completing Attachment 2, Quotation Pricing Spreadsheet.
