The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract. It is the intent of CBP to procure commercially available equipment detailed in Section 5.1 of the attached Statement of Work (SOW), to support the U.S. Border Patrol sectors located throughout the United States. The ATVs will be used for patrolling and securing the border regions throughout the U.S. The items offered must meet the specifications/description in the attached statement of work (SOW) and enough detailed specifications must be submitted with the quote for a technical review to be completed without holding discussions. Interested vendors shall provide all required resources for the purchase, handling, shipping, and delivery of the following designated ATV’s, in the Brand Name or Equal and minimum quantities as indicated below, and in accordance with the requirements of the SOW.
