This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (2) The solicitation number is 70B03C24Q00000347 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03. This RFQ is set aside 100% for small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336212 with a small business size standard at 1,000 employees. (3) This procurement is subject to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.402. All qualified, responsible contractors may submit quotes in accordance with the provision at FAR Section 52.212-1, and the additional instructions set forth herein. All quoters submitting a quote shall be required to meet the requirements found in the SOW. **(5) Price:** Quoters shall submit a price quote utilizing the price quote template, attached to the solicitation. **(6) Past Performance:** Quoters shall complete the attached past performance form.
