Among other requirements, the ranges must allow for fully automatic weapon fire, non-stationary shooting, shooting from ground or prone positions, and the use of portable props. The contractor shall also provide a storage area for two Conex containers and one CBP vehicle. The contract resulting from the solicitation will be a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a base year and three option years. The base year period of performance will be June 1, 2024-May 31, 2025. The entire term of the contract, including options, will be June 1, 2024-May 31, 2028. A Request for Quotations (RFQ) is expected to be issued on or about April 25, 2024. The RFQ will be issued on an unrestricted basis. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about May 17, 2024. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote represents the best value to the government based on the evaluation factors listed in the RFQ.
