## Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Acquisition (OA), hereby submits an official notice of a non-competitive extension of Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) Order 70B01C23F00000034. The Government originally awarded this labor-hour order to Paragon Systems Inc. This extension is issued under authority FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(A) and FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(C). This procurement action is for continued Armed Facility Guard services.

The period of performance for this extension is December 08, 2024 through November 07, 2025. The total ceiling price is increased by this extension by $15,000,000.00 to a revised ceiling price of $42,982,433.99.
