The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirement: Implementation services for a custom designed Salesforce Service Cloud application, providing minimum marketable features (MMF) of a centralized platform for Air Force Research Lab personnel. Additionally, the application will automate business processes across a 7-stage operational framework, including engagement, new work requests, team reviews, estimates and proposals, readiness, execution, and transition (discharge). Expected period of performance (PoP) is 15 weeks after award. This special notice serves as a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and it is not a request for competitive proposal and it is not a request for offers.
