## Description

This procurement will be restricted to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, LP (BAE Systems) of York, Pennsylvania for System Technical Support (STS) and Sustainment System Technical Support (SSTS) services for the M109 Family of Vehicles (FOV).

The M109 FOV includes the M109A6 Paladin; the M109A7 Paladin Integrated Management (PIM) Self-Propelled Howitzer System (SPHS); the M992A2 Field Artillery Ammunition Support Vehicle (FAASV); the M992A3 Carrier, Ammunition, Tracked (CAT); and all other variants andderivatives of those vehicles. The proposed requirements contract will be for five years covering fiscal years 2024 – 2029 and be a combination Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE) and completion work directives.

BAE Systems is the Original Manufacturer (OEM) of the M109 FOV. The Technical Data Package is source controlled by BAE Systems and is non-competitive. STS and SSTS services for the M109 FOV will include engineering, fielding, logistics, and program management support. The estimated SSTS labor hours over the five-year ordering period are 1,583.940.
