This procurement is to provide Explosive hazards and Improvised Threat (EHIT) Training. The training includes related intelligence analysis and fusion, Multi-Function Electronic Warfare training, and delivery of the Explosive Hazards Basic Leader course. Market research has revealed this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required services. Therefore, the government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from II Corps Consulting, the authorized source . THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement indicating their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 11:00 AM EST, 07 July 2025. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
