The repairs shall provide and install approved parts, software, and firmware and shall repair the units in accordance with the L3Harris established technical specifications. L3Harris Small Tactical Terminal (STT) are exclusively designed, maintained and manufactured by L3Harris as their proprietary right. This purchase will be made under FAR Part 12 Commerical, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Other than Full and Open Competition and using FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing a complete information describing their ability to provide the products listed above. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
