As a result, it is expected multiple individual facilities will be opened within days or in the forthcoming weeks. Amongst others, these facilities will be a Joint Field Offices and a Call Center. These facilities are Federal Facilities and require a minimum level of professional amenities and settings immediately upon opening. A short term, temporary conference rooms occupancy contract is needed immediately as the General Services Administartion has indicated they cannot swiftly accomodate FEMA's request due to the lack of readily available, suitable and leasble spaces in the affected area.
