Supervisor of Shipbuilding Overhaul & Repair, Groton, CT (SSGR) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to ESL Power System, Inc., 2800 Palisades Drive, Corona, CA 92880, for the Manufacture of quantity (1) Manual Bus Transfer (MBT) Unit. All other responsible sources may submit a capability statement clearly demonstrating the ability to manufacture the requested supply in accordance with the specification, before 6:00AM EST 05JAN26, which may be considered by the Agency for a future award. Responses to this notice shall be submitted to Stephanie Neale at Stephanie.L.Neale.civ@us.navy.mil and Andrea Cook at Andrea.A.Cook.civ@us.navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
