The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611699, The FSC code is U009. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price commercial contract. Procurement is being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 and 10 U.S.C. 3205. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is NOT a request for quotes. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by July 29th, 2025 at 1200 PM (EST). Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
