## Description

F117 Engine Program - Industry Day Information UPDATE 5/6: Presentation and One-on-One questions have been posted as attachments UPDATE 5/3: Virtual Log in Info, Agenda and, Attendee instructions to the location/base access have been posted as attachments UPDATE 5/1: USAF Will be posting an agenda and a one-on-one schedule NLT 11am CT Friday, May 3rd. USAF will post slides NLT 5/6 at 1 pm CT; these slides will be presented in the morning before one-on-one sessions begin.

**IMPORTANT:** USAF requests all questions contractors may have for one-on-one sessions be submitted to ALEXANDRA.CROTHERS@US.AF.MIL NLT 11am CT Friday, May 3rd. Questions not submitted to Alexandra Crothers prior to this time, may not be answered at the industry day event. All questions asked with USAF responses will be posted Sam.Gov on or before 10 business days after the industry day. Contracting Officer has attached question and answers from a RFI posted on 2 Feb 2024 to ensure all contractors have all available information.

**UPDATE:** The date for submitting attendee information is now NOON CT 23 April, 2024. Please request a DoD safe link from the contracting officer to submit your information to the contracting officer. The contracting officers email is alexandra.crothers@us.af.mil If you desire to participate in the industry day, you should provide an email to the Contracting Officer (email below) stating the legal names and titles of the individuals who will be representing your company at the industry day.

Any attendees that do not have previously granted, current base access will be required to also provide their driver’s license number with state of issue (State ID if no Driver’s License), date of birth, and full nine (9) digit Social Security Number (required for vetting) no later than Noon CT, April 23, 2024. USAF is planning to have a virtual option for those who cannot attend in person. We plan to have a teams/ zoom meeting option, we are working to have a camera for virtual viewers to be able to view the meeting members. See attachment for details.
