Argonne National Laboratory is seeking to source: InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series Digital Storage Oscilloscope Please see attached solicitation package and ensure ALL 3 points are followed:

NO SOLICITATION WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT THESE COMPLETED. If any components are missing, your solicitation will be discarded.
