The Government intends to purchase the 7c's and CARIS products on an annual basis for it's IENC program with a base period plus four (4) option years. ALL responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency (per FAR 5.207(c)(16)). Any interested sources may submit information to Justin McPherson, Contract Specialist, via email at justin.m.mcpherson@usace.army.mil no later than 12:00 PM EDT on 01 September 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
