## Description

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) has a requirement for mooring materials to moor the United States Naval Ship (USNS) MILLINOCKET T-EPF3 in the Suisun Bay National Defense Reserve Fleet anchorageidentified in the attached Bill of Materials (BOM). Foreign end products may be proposed. The Buy American statue provides a price evaluation preference for domestic offers in accordance with FAR 25.106. Refer to Sections 9 and 10 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for submittal instructions and evaluation criteria.
