## Description

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) located in Benicia, California has a requirement to defuel (remove) approximately 30,000 gallons of California Air Resources Board (CARB) #2 diesel fuel from the fuel barge BG-8505 identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Refer to Sections 9 and 10 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for submittal instructions and evaluation criteria.
