This procurement is an unrestricted procurement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336611, Ship Building and Repairing, with a small business size standard of 1300 employees. 5. Description of Requirements The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) has a requirement to perform PG 615 Dynamo Port Shaft Inspection The period of performance is thirty (30) days after arrival to the Shipyard. Because this craft is not considered deep-seaworthy, all work must be performed on this vessel in the San Francisco Bay area, such area to include the up-river areas of Sacramento and Stockton. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order with supplemental work as a result of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
