## Description

AMENDMENT 0001

The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following:

	Provide the Question and Answer (Q&A) document for solicitation 697DCK-26-R-00302.

	Incorporate updated Wage Determination rates (7 pages): WD 2015-5489, Revision 31, dated 08/31/2026.

	Update FAA Form 4400-48 to reflect the correct solicitation number (697DCK-26-R-00302).

	Incorporate updates to the Statement of Work (SOW). Note: All changes are highlighted in red text.

	Provide revised Microsoft Excel files for:

		Attachment J-3: Updated with two separate tabs at the bottom (ZLC ARTCC and NEMC locations).

		Attachment J-6: Updated to include scheduled cleaning days and times.

Important Notes:

	All tasks, space allocations, and requirements are fully defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Frequency Charts; no further clarifications will be provided during the solicitation process.

	One (1) signed copy of this amendment must be included with your final proposal submission.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued Screening Information Request (SIR) 697DCK-26-R-00302 for Janitorial Services at the following locations in Salt Lake City, UT:

	SLC ATCT/TRACON

	SLC ARTCC/CCF/NEMC (office space)

	NCE SSC (office space)

All work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Frequency Charts, and Department of Labor (DOL) Wage Determinations. The contractor shall supply all materials, supplies, equipment, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks outlined in the SOW.

Set-Aside & Contract Type This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside pursuant to FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Clause 3.6.1-8 (Notification of Competition Limited to Eligible 8(a) Certified Small Business Concerns - Jan 2024). The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract consisting of a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods:

	Base Year: 01/01/2027 – 12/31/2027

	Option Year 1: 01/01/2028 – 12/31/2028

	Option Year 2: 01/01/2029 – 12/31/2029

	Option Year 3: 01/01/2030 – 12/31/2030

	Option Year 4: 01/01/2031 – 12/31/2031

	Questions Due: September 9, 2026, by 1:30 PM MT. Email questions to Kristen Moran at Kristen.moran@faa.gov. Government responses will be published via SIR amendment by September 11, 2026, at 12:30 PM MT.

	Proposals Due: September 17, 2026, by 1:30 PM MT. Proposals must be submitted via email to Kristen.moran@faa.gov as specified in Block 8 of the solicitation document.

	Optional Site Visit: September 2, 2026 at.10:00 am MT (please see page 7) of the solciciation for further details.

	Late Submissions: Any responses received after the closing date and time may not be considered, in accordance with AMS Provision 3.2.2.3-14 (Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals).
