The contractor, during the process of work, and upon completion of all work shall remove from the worksite and properly dispose of all surplus materials, tools, equipment, etc., in accordance with the attached OSHA requirements. The FAA will not be responsible, in any way, for damage caused by fire, theft, accident, or otherwise, to the contractor’s employee’s personal belongings brought on Government (FAA) installations.
