Provide answers to submitted questions. 697DCK-26-R-00150 SIR Amendment 0001- ZAU Grounds Maintenance attachment added. Update Period of Performance months to April – November annually. Hereby extend the offer due date for this solicitation to March 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM CT *Submission of signed copy of this amendment and submission of updated Section B is required to be deemed responsive.

Request for Offer/Solicitation # 697DCK-26-R-00150 for Grounds Maintenance Services at the FAA, Chicago Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), in Aurora, IL (ZAU). This is a firm, fixed price (FFP) procurement set as full and open competition and a Total Small Business Set-Aside. SITE VISIT A one-time site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, February 24, 2024 at 10:00 AM CT. Attendees must register.
