## Description

Solicitation Amendment #3 has been issued to incorporate Clarifications/Responses to multiple RFI's received, into the Solicitation Requirements, attached herein. Solicitation Amendment #2 has been issued to provide site visit sign-in sheets as well as to issue some Clairifcations to the Solicitation Requirements, attached herein. Solicitation Amendment #1 has been issued to upload the revised Specs and Drawings, attached herein.

Solicitation/RFO announcement for the FAA Eastern Region Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Demolition of the Existing TEB ATCT in Teterboro, NJ. Engineering/Facility point of contact (POC) will be Annette mcKinney at 718-608-5208. The performance period is 210 calendar days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
