The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Funded for Midland Tower (MAF) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Modernization located in Midland, TX. The SIR/RFO is posted in accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachment pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of services, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or response for this announcement and will not reimburse any vendors for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement.
