## Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for realignment and refurbishment of the Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility (TRACON) at the Muskegon County Airport (MKG) in Muskegon, Michigan, and the Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing obsolete consoles, carpets, ceilings, and other work; providing partitions, carpets, ceilings, and other work; providing HVAC and Electrical work as specified in drawings and specifications.

**NAICS Code:** 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Estimated Project Magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 This is NOT a Screening Information Request (SIR) or Request for Proposal (RFP).This survey is being conducted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1. This survey will support market research obtained from multiple sources and will be utilized for planning purposes only. The nature of the competition has not been determined.

The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or a set-aside for small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA’s 8(a) Program. The purpose of this market survey is to identify capable contractors and to understand the current marketplace in terms of small business, and ALL other business types and sizes.

**RESPONSE TO THIS MARKET SURVEY:** All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information.
