## Description

AMENDMENT 00001 Attached..SIR NOT extended The purpose of this solicitation is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide groundskeeping services at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Albuquerque Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located at 8000 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates.

This is a competitive 8(a), NO direct awards will be considered. And OPTIONAL site visit is offered. Details on the site visit is included and offered. Contractors interested in submitting a proposal will be required to respond to THIS solicitation with their capabilities statement and point of contact information to Carey Gonzalez at carey.gonzalez@faa.gov; emails will need to have the following in the Subject line of the email.
