Original Post-The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for janitorial and grounds maintenance services at multiple facilities in Puerto Rico. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement with a period of performance of 12/01/2024 to 11/30/2025 plus 4 option periods. Proposals will be evaluated on a tiered basis. See SA56 for details. There will be a site visit that will span three days to access all sites.

The site visit will be limited to one per prospective offeror and pre-registration is mandatory. The site visit is not mandatory but is highly advised.
