This procurement is being set aside for a small business under NAICS code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which has a small business size standard of $45.0 Million. Estimated size of this project: Between $750,000 and $1,000,000. Work included in project: 1) Replace doors and hardware sets for 75 interior doors (21 double door leaves, 53 single door leaves, and one open double door frame).
