## Description

The contractor must furnish necessary equipment, materials, labor and supervision to perform the following work at Louisville Airport Air Traffic Control Tower Base Building (SDF TRACO) site for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) located at 755 Grade Lane, Louisville, KY, 40213. The facility is a navigational aid facility with Air Traffic Control personnel, equipment, technicians and administrative personnel that provide information directly to aircraft and the flying public for navigation.

Work within this area must be coordinated with the FAA Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) in advance. All square footages are approximations, and the Contractor must be responsible for validating dimensions and quantities, however in all cases, dimensions are considered a minimum requirement.
