Incumbent Contractor: The incumbent contractor for this procurement is as follows: Bartkowski Life Safety Corp 140 W 168TH ST South Holland 60473 Contract number: 697DCK-19-C-00329 3. Nature of Competition: The acquisition strategy for this procurement has not been determined at this time. The results of this Market Survey will determine the final acquisition strategy. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of this procurement for small businesses, disabled veteran- owned small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. 4. Market Survey Information: a. This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposals of any kind; b. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals; c. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey; and d.
