Directional Couplers, NSN: 5985-01-297-1710, Mfg P/N: 1D19766H01. Directional Couplers, NSN: 5985-01-297-1711, Mfg P/N: 1D19766H02. The 1D19766H01and 1D19766H02 models are the only approved couplers to be used in the ASR-9. The FAA does not have rights in specifications or drawings to provide to vendors. The rights to all proprietary information necessary to conduct manufacture, repair, and test of these assets are owned by Frontgrade Technologies. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort is NAICS 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. Size Standard 1,250 Employees. Full-and-open competition will be utilized for this requirement. Please read the attached Solicitation in its entirety.
