NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE – BATTERIES CBP INDAGO DRONES NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source using single source procedures. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single source, one-time award to purchase the following items:

These items are proprietary to LMPT and LMPT is the sole manufacturer.

All products made and sold by LMPT are available strictly on a Commercial Basis in accordance with LMPT’s Commercial Terms and conditions of sale. The Batteries and Propeller Blades used upon the Lockheed Martin Indago III is a vital to the CBP mission for operations. The Batteries and Propeller Blades are proprietary to Lockheed Martin.
