## Description

SOLICITATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 6973GH-24-R-00061 RVSS-L CAMBIUM MICROWAVE EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT FOR EL CENTRO, IN SUPPORT OF CBP DETAILED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE FAA. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This is a solicitation for the acquisition of the items listed in the attachment titled “09 SIR_6973GH-24-R-00061_CBP RVSS-L Cambium Microwave Equip_Section B Schedule” which must be completed and included with the signed solicitation (SIR) attachment titled “09 SIR_6973GH-24-R-00061_CBP RVSS-L Cambium Microwave Equip” for the response to considered complete.

**Delivery Requirements:** Expected delivery of all Section B items included in the Schedule is 60 Days After Award. The FAA’s desire and intent are to pursue a competitive award resulting in a single purchase order, based on the lowest price, technically acceptable responsible offer per the Terms and Conditions of the solicitation.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS – 334220 Optical Instrument and Lens Manufacturing Manufacturing Size Standard – 1,250 Employees Interested firms are required to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable.

The FAA requires interested vendors to address the requirements in the attached SIR and complete the Section B Schedule with all items priced, then sign, date, and return the SIR and Section B Schedule by 4:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on Monday, May 13, 2024. The FAA requests that all submittals, including attachments and pricing sheet, be submitted electronically to the following:
