At this time, Teledyne Defense Electronics LLC (SAM UEI: YYKNHCKK15C3) is the believed by the FAA to be the only available source of this item due the proprietary technical data needed to manufacture. Although no other sources are currently known by the FAA to exist, please provide a response to this announcement if your company is in fact fully capable and interested in manufacturing this item. Responses must include claim of possession of all technical data and manufacturing capabilities needed to produce this item. If no responses are received, or if a competitive environment among fully capable manufacturers cannot be confirmed to exist as a result of this announcement, the FAA intends to pursue a requirements-based agreement for future ordering of this item with the aforementioned only known source using agency single source procurement procedures.
