## Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded a contract to Dupont Building Inc., Bell City, LA, for acquisition of pre-assembled fiberglass equipment shelters for the housing and installation of electronic equipment. The contract was awarded for one (1) base year period with nine (9) one-year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the FAA.

A market survey (6973GH-23-MS-00013) was posted on SAM.gov on May 3, 2023. As a result of the market survey, a determination was made to set-aside this requirement for competition among Small Business. Solicitation 6973GH-24-R-00004 was posted on the SAM.gov website on March 25, 2024.
