In accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System, AMS 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for FAA's decision to contract with a selected source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the FAA. It is FAA's intent to award a contract for the subject requirement (Terminal Doppler Weather Radar (TDWR) RF Filter Amplifier (RFFA)) to Hiller Measurements (UEI: ET1YNNM3KB55;

Hiller Measurements has not authorized any other company to have proprietary rights and/or be an authorized replenishment source for TDWR RFFA.
