Amendment 3 contains a reduction to the requirements for details associated with Offeror's price proposals. These are included in sections L and M. Amendment 3 also provides a clarification associated with section C that corresponds with a minor change to J.8. Amendment 3 also updates the protest clause. The FAA does not anticipate that any of these changes are substantial enough to delay the due date for price proposals or any other schedule change. **1/17/2024 Edit 2:** This SIR is updated with amendment 2. Amendment 2 contains an updated section C with a revised reference for 6700.20B which is replaced by 6700.20C. The Q&As are also updated due to an inconsistency between an answer provided in the Section L tab and the J.3 tab. This question asks if the compliance matrix is required and whether or not it pertains to the page limitation. The FAA's final answer is that the compliance matrix is not required, but if included, it does count against the technical volume page limit. All other SIR sections and artifacts remain unchanged.
