THIS RFQ IS THE RESULT OF "RFI S-60 MEDICAL SERVICES (PHYSICAL EXAMS) POSTED TO SAM.GOV ON APRIL 22, 2026.

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), in support of the Office of Intelligence, Security, and Emergency Response (S-60), is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors to provide occupational medical examination services for applicants and employees assigned to the Protective Service Division (PSD), Occupational Series 1801. The NAICS code for this effort is 621111 – Offices of Physicians (except Medical Health).

The anticipated period of performance proposed is five (5) years inclusive of a one (1) year base period and four (4) one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the United States Federal Government.
