## Description

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is soliciting information from qualified firms regarding capabilities to provide analytical and regulatory support services for regulatory development, policy initiatives, and rulemaking related to hazardous materials and pipeline safety. This Request for Information (RFI) is for market research only and will not result in a contract award. Feedback will assist PHMSA in refining acquisition planning and preparing future solicitations.
