THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTES

The United States Department of Transportatin (USDOT)/Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Mistras Group, Inc. for the purposes of procuring New Century Software licenses/maintenance in support of the National Pipeline Management System (NPMS) data processing system. Mistras Group, Inc, is the only U.S. based provider of the software products owned by PHMSA. This would include the Facility Manager and Spatials Synchronizer software products and associated training.
