## Description

The objective of this contract is to provide NHTSA with timely services associated with investigating, documenting, and evaluating a variety of crashes occurring in the United States. These crash investigations involve a range of crash types and include vehicles equipped with crash avoidance technologies [commonly referred to as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) or Advanced Driver Systems (ADS)], self-driving/autonomous automated vehicles, new and emerging safety technologies, safety defects.
