## Description

This is an Open Market RFQ. The Government intends to award multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. Resulting task orders (TO’s) may be firm-fixed price, time and materials (T&M) or Labor Hour (LH) or a combination of two (2) or more listed contract types. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services.

This solicitation is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
