## Description

This Request for Information (RFI) for Market Research Purposes only to find Sources. The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) a requirement for flexible maritime communication solution that ensures continuous connectivity between the Academy and students on Sea Year, located anywhere on Earth for the Midshipmen. See attached Statement of Objective (SOO): Connectivity for USMMA Midshipmen on Sea Year.

Interested companies submit your capability statement along with the responses to the questionnaires by October 09, 2025, 1pm EST. Email all requested information to Durba Ray at durba.ray@dot.gov and cc brian.wiley.ctr@dot.gov. Government should not be charged for any cost the interested contractor incurred to respond to this RFI for Market Research Purposes only. .

This RFI for Market Research purposes is extended till October 16, 2025, 2pm EST.
