These agencies include the National Park Service, the U.S. Forest Service, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Bureau of Land Management within the continental United States and its territories. This acquisition will be solicited and awarded on a competitive basis and is being made under the North America Industry Classification Code 541330 via full and open competition with small business reserves, per FAR 19.112. Two of the four anticipated IDIQ contracts will be reserved for small business concerns, if qualified. The planned duration for each of the IDIQ contracts is a total of five years (one base year plus four option years). The shared capacity of the IDIQs will be $60,000,000. In support of onsite construction activities, the types of work the Architectural-Engineer (A-E) firms may be required to perform under this MATOC include but are not limited to: inspection and documentation of construction activities; monitoring contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements; review of contractor submittals; coordination of materials inspection and testing; monitoring of safety and environmental compliance; preparation of daily reports and progress documentation; schedule monitoring; and other related construction inspection and engineering support services.
